CVE-2026-91366 is a vulnerability in Oracle's Siebel CRM Cloud Applications (Siebel Cloud Manager component) affecting versions 22.3 through 26.9. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware running the application to compromise the system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on some accessible data, as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of data. The vulnerability is rated medium severity with a CVSS 3.1 base score of 4.7. Oracle has included this vulnerability in its October 2026 Critical Patch Update, indicating that patches are available.
