CVE-2026-91430 is a vulnerability in Oracle Siebel Apps - Financial Services (component: Financial Accounts) affecting versions 17.0 through 26.9. It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to gain unauthorized access to critical data or full access to all accessible data in the application. The attacker may also perform unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on some data. The vulnerability is rated medium severity with a CVSS 3.1 base score of 6.5. Oracle has released patches addressing this vulnerability in their October 2026 Critical Patch Update.
