It allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise the product. Successful exploitation requires human interaction from a user other than the attacker and can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, as well as unauthorized access to all accessible data. The vulnerability has a CVSS 3.1 base score of 9.3, indicating high confidentiality and integrity impacts. Oracle has released patches addressing this vulnerability as part of their October 2026 Critical Patch Update.
