It involves missing authorization on the POST /api/connect endpoint when connect-backend authorization is configured. This allows attackers to supply arbitrary database connection strings and bypass resource-to-database mapping by using custom session identifiers and connection URLs, potentially accessing unauthorized databases and internal services.
