0 CVE-2026-91926 is a low-severity memory leak vulnerability in the gss-ntlmssp component of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8. The flaw occurs in the NTLM target-info parser when processing crafted NTLM CHALLENGE messages containing duplicated string-valued AV_PAIR entries, causing gradual memory exhaustion on the client during NTLM authentication. Exploitation requires control or impersonation of the NTLM server or a man-in-the-middle position. The vulnerability affects only the NTLM client path and not the server path. No mitigation currently meets Red Hat's standards, and gss-ntlmssp was removed in RHEL 9 and later, so those versions are not affected.
