The Ad Inserter – Ad Manager & AdSense Ads WordPress plugin is vulnerable to reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) via URL parameters when iframe mode is enabled. This vulnerability affects all versions up to and including 2.8.15. An unauthenticated attacker can inject arbitrary scripts that execute if a user clicks a crafted link. Exploitation requires iframe mode to be enabled on at least one ad block, which is not the default setting but commonly used for certain ad types.
