0 CVE-2026-92960 is a critical vulnerability in patriksimek vm2 versions before 3.11.6. The vulnerability arises because vm2 fails to restrict access to the os and dns built-in modules when configured with builtin: ['*'], allowing sandboxed code to access sensitive host information. Attackers can exploit this to read the host process identity and network topology and hijack the host's DNS resolver globally by invoking dns.setServers(), redirecting DNS queries through an attacker-controlled resolver.
