CVE-2026-93600 is a low-severity vulnerability in rustls-webpki affecting versions 0.101.0 through 0.103.11 and 0.104.0-alpha releases before 0.104.0-alpha.6. The flaw causes the library to ignore X.509 name constraints that apply to URI names, accepting them rather than enforcing restrictions. This issue requires a misissued certificate and successful signature verification to be exploitable. Later versions 0.103.12 and 0.104.0-alpha.6 address the issue by rejecting URI name constraints unconditionally.
