SupportCandy – AI Customer Support Ticket System & Live Chatbot Agent WordPress plugin versions up to and including 3.5.3 are vulnerable to stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) via the 'name' parameter. Authenticated users with subscriber-level access or higher can inject malicious scripts that execute when other users view the affected pages. This vulnerability requires the 'Register user if not exists' setting to be disabled, which is the default configuration.
