CVE-2026-9605 is a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in GNU libredwg up to version 0. 13. 4. 8160. The flaw exists in the bit_read_RC function within the bits. c file of the Dwgbmp Utility component. This vulnerability can be exploited remotely without authentication or user interaction. An exploit has been published, increasing the risk of exploitation. A patch identified by commit 8f03865f37f5d4ffd616fef802acc980be54d300 is recommended to fix the issue. The CVSS 4.
