CVE-2026-96560 is a critical remote code execution vulnerability in ModelTC LightLLM versions up to 1.2.0. It occurs in the KV-transfer worker when started with the --pd_trans_mode nccl option, exposing an unauthenticated RPyC control channel that deserializes attacker-supplied data. This allows attackers to send malicious pickled objects to the RPyC ThreadedServer and execute arbitrary code with the privileges of the LightLLM service account.
