0 CVE-2026-9832 is a vulnerability in the Payment Gateway of Stripe for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress affecting all versions up to and including 5.0.8. The flaw arises from improper verification of cryptographic signatures on Stripe webhook events when the webhook signing secret is not configured. This allows unauthenticated attackers to send forged webhook events that can manipulate WooCommerce order statuses, such as marking unpaid orders as paid or completed, forcing orders to fail, fabricating dispute notifications, or injecting fake refund events. The vulnerability is mitigated once a valid Stripe webhook signing secret is configured by an administrator.
