CVE-2026-9860: CWE-434 Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type in vanyukov Offload, AI & Optimize with Cloudflare ImagesCVE-2026-9860 0 The Offload, AI & Optimize with Cloudflare Images WordPress plugin (up to version 1.10.2) contains a vulnerability that allows authenticated users with author-level access or higher to execute arbitrary code on the server. This occurs due to insufficient privilege checks and improper input sanitization in the AJAX handler responsible for writing to wp-config.php. The vulnerability arises because the handler requires only upload_files capability rather than the more restrictive manage_options capability, and the input parameters are not properly escaped, enabling code injection via crafted input. The plugin is a cloud service, and a patch is available. Join the discussion | CVE Database V5 | 06/18/2026, 04:31:08 UTC Added: 06/18/2026, 05:51:23 UTC |
