In 2026, they conducted phishing campaigns using North Korea-themed lures, delivering malicious MSI files that execute VBS scripts to create scheduled tasks. These tasks download and run PowerShell scripts that deploy encrypted payloads and shellcode. PowerShell has been a key component in their attack chain since 2025 for payload delivery and persistence.
