0 Pimcore contains a SQL injection vulnerability in its Custom Reports bundle that allows an authenticated user with 'reports_config' permission to inject arbitrary SQL via report configuration fields. The vulnerability arises because user input is concatenated directly into SQL queries without proper parameterization, and the existing regex blacklist is insufficient to block many dangerous SQL constructs. Exploitation can lead to full database compromise, including reading, modifying, or deleting data. Patches are available in versions 2026.1.6, 12.3.10, and 11.5.19. Mitigations include restricting permissions, deploying WAF rules, and replacing the vulnerable SQL adapter with a parameterized query builder.
