A memory leak vulnerability in the Linux kernel's rtlwifi driver for rtl8192du devices has been fixed. The issue was due to allocated memory inside rtl92du_init_shared_data() not being freed on error paths in rtl92du_init_sw_vars(). The fix adds a call to rtl92du_deinit_shared_data() to properly free memory on error. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 09/11/2026, 21:31:20 UTC Added: 09/12/2026, 00:43:29 UTC |
