A flaw was found in 389 Directory Server. (CVE-2026-18453)CVE-2026-18453 0 A missing NULL pointer check in the paged results handling of the op_shared_search function in 389 Directory Server allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash the LDAP server by sending crafted search requests using the USE_ONE_BACKEND control. This results in a denial of service by crashing the directory server process. The vulnerability does not impact confidentiality or integrity, only availability. Red Hat has released a security update to fix this issue for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extended Lifecycle Support.
