A security vulnerability in the LevelOne WBR-6012 router involves hard-coded credentials in its web services. These credentials grant admin-level access during the first 30 seconds after the device boots. Additional vulnerabilities allow attackers to force a reboot, bypassing the time restriction and enabling exploitation at any time. The hard-coded password is "@m!t2K1" and is checked against the system time since boot to grant elevated access.
