CVE-2024-43849 is a concurrency vulnerability in the Linux kernel's Qualcomm PDR component. It occurs when the service locator server restarts rapidly, allowing concurrent rewriting of locator_addr fields without proper synchronization. The issue is addressed by protecting these fields with the main pdr->lock mutex.
