A memory leak vulnerability in the Linux kernel's exFAT filesystem driver was fixed in the function exfat_load_bitmap(). The issue occurs when the first directory entry in the root directory is not a bitmap directory entry, causing a buffer head ('bh') to not be released and reassigned properly, leading to a memory leak.
