This flaw allows an attacker to craft malicious model files that cause unbounded memory allocation, leading to out-of-memory conditions and process termination. The vulnerability affects the keras.models.load_model() function and bypasses a previous fix for a similar issue. This poses a risk to machine learning pipelines that load untrusted models from public or malicious sources.
