In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: SDCA: fix NULL pointer dereference in sdca_dev_unregister_functions… (CVE-2026-53348)CVE-2026-53348 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's ASoC SDCA component caused a NULL pointer dereference in the sdca_dev_unregister_functions function. This occurs when the function iterates over SDCA function descriptors without checking for NULL pointers, leading to a kernel crash (NULL pointer dereference). The issue arises during device cleanup races or partial function registration failures. The vulnerability has been fixed by adding NULL pointer checks, making the unregister function idempotent, and rolling back partial registrations.
