A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's AMD display driver was fixed by adding a null check to the wbscl_set_scaler_filter function. This prevents the function from being called with a null filter pointer, which could cause a null pointer dereference and lead to a denial of service. The fix addresses four null return issues identified by static analysis.
