A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's debugfs lockdown check was resolved. The issue arose because the lockdown check did not account for the newer mmap_prepare file operation, only checking for mmap. This gap allowed debugfs to remain unlocked in kernel integrity mode for files using mmap_prepare but not mmap. The fix updates the lockdown check to cover both mmap and mmap_prepare, ensuring proper lockdown enforcement during kernel integrity mode.
