A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's rockchip-sfc SPI driver related to improper DMA-API usage has been resolved. The issue involved using an incorrect method (virt_to_phys()) to obtain the DMA address of the transfer buffer instead of the proper dma_map_single() call. This caused DMA-API debug warnings and potential synchronization issues. The fix replaces the incorrect usage with the correct DMA-API call.
