CVE-2024-44151 is a permissions vulnerability in macOS that could allow an application with limited privileges to modify protected parts of the file system. This issue has been addressed by Apple with additional restrictions in macOS Ventura 13.7, macOS Sonoma 14.7, and macOS Sequoia 15.
