GHSA-9rjw-3gwp-f59v: Coder's workspace app upsert allows cross-workspace agent rebinding via user-controlled app IDCVE-2026-55429 0 A vulnerability in Coder's workspace app upsert functionality allows users with elevated privileges (template authors or external provisioner operators) to rebind an app's agent across different workspaces by submitting a crafted payload with a victim app's UUID and an attacker-controlled agent ID. This causes the victim app's traffic to be proxied to the attacker's workspace. The issue arises because the system does not verify that the app ID belongs to the workspace being built during the upsert operation. The vulnerability is patched in versions 2.34.2, 2.33.8, 2.32.7, and 2.29.17. No workarounds exist, so upgrading is required.
