The issue involved nfsd_debugfs_init() being called before nfsd4_init_slabs(), which could lead to orphan debugfs files with stale function pointers if slab allocation failed. The fix moves nfsd_debugfs_init() to after slab initialization and adjusts cleanup order to prevent stale references.
