A potential memory leak vulnerability was identified and fixed in the bcm_sysport_xmit() function of the Linux kernel's systemport network driver. The issue occurred when dma_map_single() failed, causing the function to return NETDEV_TX_OK without freeing the socket buffer (skb), leading to a memory leak.
