CVE-2026-117962 is a sandbox escape vulnerability in the Storage: Quota Manager component of Firefox. It arises from incorrect boundary conditions that could allow an attacker to break out of the sandbox environment. This vulnerability has been fixed in Firefox 159 and Firefox ESR 153.6.
