CVE-2024-50093 addresses a warning triggered during the unload of the processor_thermal PCI driver module in the Linux kernel. The issue arises because the driver calls pci_disable_device() redundantly after pcim_device_enable(), which already manages device disabling on driver detach. This redundancy leads to a warning about disabling an already-disabled device. The fix removes the unnecessary pci_disable_device() calls to prevent this warning.
