CVE-2026-43370 is a high-severity use-after-free race condition vulnerability in the Linux kernel's AMDGPU DRM driver. It occurs during VM acquire operations when parent and child processes sharing a drm_file race after a fork(). The flaw was fixed by replacing a non-atomic assignment with an atomic compare-and-exchange operation to prevent this race condition.
