0 CVE-2026-80186 is a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability in BlueZ, the Linux Bluetooth protocol stack used by Red Hat Enterprise Linux 10. A remote attacker within Bluetooth range can send a specially crafted Extended Inquiry Response (EIR) packet during Bluetooth discovery to trigger the overflow. This can cause the bluetoothd service to crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS), and may also allow arbitrary code execution.
