When io_uring delivers task work with cancellation set, the cancellation path did not properly release references to fuse requests, causing the originating syscall thread to block indefinitely and potentially stalling background operations. The fix ensures that canceled requests are properly ended, removed from queues, and freed to prevent resource leaks and deadlocks.
