0 The OpenSSL QUIC stack does not enforce connection-level flow control for streams, allowing a remote peer to send more data than intended within stream flow control limits. This can cause the local QUIC stack to allocate significantly more memory than expected, potentially up to 100MB per connection instead of the default 768 KiB. The vulnerability requires specific conditions involving multiple streams and data patterns to be exploited. There is no impact on the OpenSSL FIPS module as the QUIC implementation lies outside its boundary. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 09/29/2026, 18:31:44 UTC Added: 09/29/2026, 21:04:05 UTC |
