The issue involved tpacket_snd() reading dev->hard_header_len independently in different stages, which could lead to inconsistencies in reserved headroom and copy length calculations during concurrent network device reconfiguration. This could cause memory handling errors in packet processing. The fix snapshots the hard_header_len once before processing frames and uses this consistent value throughout the operation.
