CVE-2026-18750: CWE-639 Authorization Bypass Through User-Controlled Key in CERT/CC VINCECVE-2026-18750 0 CVE-2026-18750 is an authorization bypass vulnerability in the CERT/CC VINCE product. The flaw exists in the ModifyEmailNotifications view in vinny/views.py, where the application fetches VinceCommEmail records by a raw primary key from the URL without verifying that the record's contact belongs to the requesting group-admin. This allows a vendor admin to modify email notification routing or read email and name information for contacts belonging to other vendors.
