The issue occurs because vidtv_mux_push_si() dereferences a pointer returned by vidtv_mux_get_pid_ctx() without checking if it is NULL, leading to a general protection fault. The root cause is that vidtv_mux_pid_ctx_init() does not verify the success of vidtv_mux_create_pid_ctx_once() for PMT section PIDs, allowing a NULL pointer to propagate.
