Grav CMS versions 2.0.0 through 2.0.24 and 1.7.x (with content Twig explicitly enabled) contain a vulnerability where page content authored by users with page-write permission is processed through a Twig sandbox that allowlists get_cookie(). This function exposes cookies, including session cookies, server-side. The rendered content is cached without user or session context, allowing subsequent visitors to receive cached pages containing administrator session cookies. This enables cookie replay attacks to authenticate as administrators. The vulnerability is fixed in version 2.0.25; 1.7.x is not patched.
