A resource leak vulnerability exists in the Linux kernel's mfd: arizona driver due to improper error handling in the wm5102_clear_write_sequencer() function. When this helper function fails, it returns early without executing the necessary cleanup sequence, causing regulators to remain enabled and leading to a resource leak. This issue has been fixed by changing the error handling to properly free resources on failure.
