0 The Shenzhen Cudy Technology WR3000 2.0 router firmware before version 2.5.24 contains a vulnerability due to a hard-coded JWT HMAC signing secret in the Mosquitto MQTT broker's authentication plugin. This flaw allows unauthenticated attackers to extract the secret from the firmware image and forge valid JWT tokens. By crafting arbitrary JWT tokens, attackers can authenticate to the MQTT broker without legitimate credentials and gain unauthorized access to the device's mesh networking interface.
