A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's PowerNV hotplug driver (pci/hotplug/pnv_php) causes a kernel crash when hot-unplugging or disabling a PCIe switch or bridge. The crash results from a NULL pointer dereference due to improper handling of MSI data structures during device unregistration.
