CVE-2025-37761 is a high-severity vulnerability in the Linux kernel's drm/xe component involving an out-of-bounds shift during TLB invalidation. The flaw occurs when the invalidated range size exceeds a calculated limit, causing a shift operation beyond the bounds of a 64-bit unsigned long integer. This can lead to kernel instability or crashes. The issue has been fixed by implementing a full TLB invalidation for such large ranges and refining the limit calculation.
