A vulnerability in certain Apple operating systems allowed a malicious app to dismiss the system notification on the Lock Screen indicating that a recording had started. This issue was addressed by improved access restrictions and fixed in multiple Apple OS versions including visionOS 2.4, macOS Ventura 13.7.5, tvOS 18.4, iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, macOS Sequoia 15.4, and macOS Sonoma 14.7.5.
