CVE-2026-19538 is an authentication bypass vulnerability in NLnet Labs NSD version 4.8.0. The issue allows attackers to bypass BLOCKED access control list items on the proxy protocol port by connecting over TCP or TLS and sending the query twice on a kept-open connection.
