A memory corruption vulnerability in macOS Golden Gate 27 was addressed by removing the vulnerable code. Exploiting this flaw by mounting a maliciously crafted disk image could cause unexpected system termination or kernel memory corruption. The issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.
