The issue caused unexpected packet drops when processing the first AMPDU packet with certain sequence numbers, especially during busy traffic and rekey processes, potentially leading to disconnection from the access point. The vulnerability has been resolved by adding an initial state check and restricting status resets to pairwise rekey events.
