A vulnerability in the Linux kernel's KVM arm64 GICv2 implementation caused a WARN_ON_ONCE() panic when a guest wrote an out-of-range INTID to GICV_DIR. This issue has been resolved by dropping the WARN and ignoring failed lookups, preventing host panics triggered by guests with EOImode==1.
