A denial of service vulnerability exists in MediaWiki versions before 1.39.7, 1.40.x before 1.40.3, and 1.41.x before 1.41.1. When a user with page move rights opens the Special:MovePage interface for a page that has tens of thousands of subpages, the request can exceed the maximum allowed processing time, causing a denial of service.
