In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: L2CAP: ecred_reconfigure: send packed pdu, not stack pointer Commit… (CVE-2026-64127)CVE-2026-64127 0 A vulnerability in the Linux kernel Bluetooth L2CAP implementation caused an incorrect pointer and size to be used when sending a specific reconfiguration request packet. This resulted in leaking 8 bytes of kernel stack memory, including a kernel stack address, to a paired Bluetooth peer. The issue broke the intended feature and exposed kernel memory information. A patch has been applied to restore correct packet size and pointer usage. Join the discussion | GCVE Database | 07/19/2026, 18:31:53 UTC Added: 07/19/2026, 19:38:16 UTC |
